If your booking is scheduled outside of our normal office hours (8:30-5:00 Mon-Fri), please note that you may need to arrange a time in advance to collect a key or a fob to access the venue. It is your responsibility to contact us prior to your booking to make these arrangements. Failure to do so may result in delayed or denied access.
