The Dog & Collar Pub is a 200-year-old historic building that has evolved from a private residence to a private members’ club, then a nightclub, and finally the pub it is today. Located on Hope Street in Liverpool’s Georgian Quarter, it serves traditional pub grub alongside ales, beers, wines, and a signature Irish coffee.
