The High Rise is an 18-story glass tower on Miracle Mile, built in the 80s. It’s got a rooftop heli-pad, a raw penthouse with a huge terrace, and offices with big floor-to-ceiling windows. Downstairs, there’s even an old bank complete with teller desks and a vault. The big draw here is the view — Hollywood sign, Downtown, Beverly Hills, the Hills, all the way out to the Pacific.
