The architecture and beautiful decor ambiance of the classic circa 1925 Grand Ballroom are truly special. The service was excellent. The proprietor Mr. Miglani and lead server/bartender Alexanderu took very good care of us. The post event customer care as we packed up our event was also of high level quality.
Initially our non-profit 501 (c)(3) status wasn't considered by the business during our initial booking querey. Without such consideration, our small non-profit's budget couldn't afford the wonderful space. Fortunately the venue reconsidered, allowing just enough leeway for us to afford the space. There is a badly blown ceiling speaker that buzzed unpleasantly during initial music setup. A few of the lightbulbs needed changing in the beautifully elaborate chandeliers. When in use, such striking light fixtures should ALWAYS be perfectly illuminated.
Krishan is professional yet hospitable. He communicates Ula's offerings with poised and straightforward yet pleasant conversation.
