Anastasia, Stacey, and the Bevmax team were extremely helpful and accommodating throughout our reservation at the Times Square location during a local conference. The facility was clean, professional, and very well maintained, and both our team and our guests were very comfortable throughout our time there. The Bevmax staff went above and beyond to support our needs, providing refreshments such as water and coffee and assisting with managing the reception area for both incoming and departing guests. They also arranged QR passes for convenient building access and made it easy to extend access to our visitors as needed. While catering is not available at the facility, we were welcome to arrange it independently or bring our own snacks; the Bevmax team had no issue accommodating this as long as we cleaned up afterward, which worked perfectly for our needs. The meeting space was well equipped with reliable Wi‑Fi and AV capabilities, allowing us to easily connect our laptops to the in‑room screens and monitors. The team was consistently responsive and attentive, which helped ensure our meetings ran smoothly. Overall, our experience was excellent, and our meetings were a great success. We truly appreciate the support and professionalism of the Bevmax team and would not hesitate to book with them again in the future.
