The Mayan provides extensive in-house services to simplify event planning and execution, including professional event coordination, full audio-visual production, staging, rigging, security, staffing, and bar service. The venue contains a concert-grade sound system which includes line array speakers and subwoofers together with complete sound coverage for both the floor area and balcony section. The lighting and LED system features a high-resolution LED wall along with programmable architectural lighting and intelligent moving lights and DMX-controlled environments which make it ideal for branded experiences and visually driven productions.
Back-of-house facilities include multiple dressing rooms, green rooms, private restrooms, production offices, and catering access, ensuring comfort for performers, talent, and VIP guests. The venue provides three different seating options which include seated arrangements and standing arrangements and hybrid arrangements based on the specific requirements of each event.
