Bright, open, and adaptable, our Multipurpose Room is perfect for workshops, rehearsals, meetings, small performances, and creative gatherings. The space features WiFi, a TV/projector, Bluetooth speakers, blackout curtains, a large mirror (with optional curtain cover), and foldable furniture to suit your setup.

Host rules

Welcome to FiDi Creatives! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all renters and guests, please review and adhere to the following rental rules.

1. Booking & Payment
• Additional time beyond the agreed rental period will be subject to overtime fees.
• Grace period is 5 min. Event extended beyond then scheduled time will be charged with 5min incremental.
2. Event Capacity & Safety
• Please follow Max capacity —no exceptions.
• The renter is responsible for ensuring all guests follow fire safety and emergency exit protocols.
• Open flames, smoking, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

3. Setup & Breakdown
• Setup and breakdown time must be included in your rental period.
• Renters are responsible for arranging their own décor, equipment, and furniture placement.
• All rented items and decorations must be removed and return the space to it’s original form at the end of the event.

4. Clean-Up & Trash Disposal
• The space must be left in the same condition as it was received.
• All trash must be properly disposed of in designated bins. A cleaning fee may apply if excessive mess is left behind.

5. Alcohol & Catering
• Alcohol service requires prior approval.
• Outside catering is permitted, but renters must ensure all food waste is cleaned up.

6. Liability & Insurance
• Renters are responsible for the behavior of their guests and any damages incurred.
• Depending on the event type, proof of liability insurance may be required.

7. Additional Rules & Compliance
• FiDi Creatives reserves the right to terminate any event that violates these rules without a refund.
• Renters must comply with all city regulations, venue policies, and staff instructions.

Excellent communication
Erica was extremely helpful during our interaction to book the venue. However, once the venue was booked and I was told I would have access to certain “amenities” it became apparent on the day of the event that the chaperone who was there to provide assistance either was unaware of what was agreed upon or just did not want us to have access to certain things. For example we were told there were Bluetooth speakers and a microphone if it were needed and neither was on the room. I had to search for the speaker myself and the one I found did not function properly. We were told we can use the fridge/ freezer to keep our items cold and when my sister went to refill our bowl of ice with the ice we purchased she was stopped and asked what she was doing. There was decor left from their grand opening that was never taken down so we had to take down their balloon arch before we could set up for our party. She seemed extremely irritated during the whole ordeal of our party. Also bring your own garbage bags if you book here as the garbage bags provided were extremely small and thin.
