- Use of open flame is strictly prohibited, not matter the circumstance.
- Details outlining deliveries, what is being served and how food is being served must be confirmed no less than one month before the booking date.
- Please remove all food items from the space at the end of their booking. If additional trash pick up is required, guest will be billed for any expenses incurred.
- It is the renter's responsibility to ensure alcohol is not served to underage individuals under any circumstances.
- Alcohol must not be left unattended at any time.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
