Rental Space mandatory Rules:

RENTAL RULES
-All guests must be 21+
-No outside alcohol/drinks permitted.
-Only ticketed or invited guests allowed (not open to public or walk-ins).
-No use of hallways, stairwells, or rooftops permitted.
-No in-and-out by guests.
-Noise must be kept to a reasonable level (28th street noise compliance).

*We will provide a security guard at the door who will be checking id's and conducting a full search (not negotiable).
Another guard may be added to patrol stairwells and halls, and conduct periodic walk-throughs of the venue for a safety and compliance check (not negotiable).

Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
