About this space
It's a 650 Sq Ft Studio with a gigantic window. This is a Self Sufficient Studio. Upon booking, we will send you a detailed video of how to enter the building and find our studio. Our studio is located in East Williamsburg and one min. walk from the Morgan L train station. We are 12 mins away from Union Sq and the subway station is just a minute away from us.

Please ve up-front about how many people will be attending as we charge accordingly.
If the studio is left disorganized we will charge $100 extra so kindly leave the studio the way you found it!
Your SET UP and WRAP UP time is included within your booking hours, please book for enough hrs.
No smoking in the building.
No alcohol is allowed at all.
No smoke bombs for any effects AT ALL.
Please do not be loud, if we get a notice from our neighbor or building management, you will have to leave the studio at once.
Do not leave any trash behind. (We have trash bins in the studio, let's use them)
Outside food is fine but again do not leave anything behind.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period

Our all-day light studio has soft light from morning to afternoon and from 1 pm we have tons of direct light that last all day into the golden hours. To control the natural light we have black and white curtains and tons of equipment so that one can just focus on their creativity to achieve the look and feel one desires.
