Restrooms and a makeup room with a full bathroom are available for convenience. Notably, a huge open gate allows for the entry of a mid-sized truck, simplifying logistics for your production or event.

Prices
At least 24 hours prior to your booking, all renters of our space are required to provide a certificate of insurance (COI) for your booking to be accepted. Bookings will not be confirmed until your COI is submitted and complete. If you need assistance obtaining a one-day COI, we will be happy to help. Our minimum insurance requirements are:
• Commercial General Liability Insurance: $1,000,000 per occurrence & $2,000,000 aggregate
• Property/Physical Damage: $100,000
• Additional Insured/Certificate Holder: Box Eight, 1446 E. Washington Ave, Los Angeles, CA, 90021
