Nudity is allowed.
All music video shoots require a $500 deposit, if no damages are assessed, the deposit will be returned at the end of the booking.
All bookings over 8 hrs will receive 1 FREE parking space and pre-check-in concierge.
No shoes are allowed: Brand New socks will be provided. (Talent can wear shoes while shooting/filming but shoes must be new, cleaned, or tapped).
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period

Zevarra is the stylish, modern home and venue for photographers, filmmakers and videographers. With a capacity of up to 35 guests, it is perfect for a photo shoot or filming material.
It has a beautifully built curved staircase that goes from one side to the other and an arched centrepiece. The amazing white interior gives a sense of perfection.
