The Urban Loft is a luxury studio specially catered to VIP and Celebrity clients.
2,500 square ft studio located in Downtown LA. Large windows allow for natural light to illuminate the space, perfectly complimenting it's neutral color tones. Comes with small props and furniture. Or easily move everything to meet you style.
Perfect for content creating of any size large or small.
Included with your booking:

- Backdrops - $20 (each stepped on)
- Additional Scout time - 50 % off (must be flexible with bookings)
- Prop Moving - $25 -$100
- 2+ Location Moving Fee - $50
- Overnight fee - $250
- Projector - $30
- Site Rep. $20 /hr
- Before 8am / After 8 pm $25/hr
** Use of glitter/ feathers / confetti / on site construction / excessive flowers and hair styling. -- $50 if cleaned, $100 minimum if not cleaned.
** Props are subject to change due to general wear and tear. If you see a prop that will be important to your project, Please confirm that it will be available to you on this particular day.
1-20 People $150 /hr + 3 hrs Min.
21 - 40 People - $175 /hr
41 - 60 People - $225 /hr
61 - 80 People - $250 /hr
81 - 100 People- $300 /hr

Rules of the space
No cigarette smoking.
Cannabis and alcohol are allowed with fees and restrictions (inquire further).
Damage done to the studio or equipment will result in extra charge.
If you rent a roof, insurance is required.
No events on the roofs.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 48 hours.
Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.
