HUGE 30,000 sq ft production studio located in Downtown Los Angeles. This grand industrial studio provides a functional multipurpose space, perfect for the next film, video or photo production, film, rehearsal, casting, or event you have in the works! This location consists of one massive open warehouse space and a series of offices as well. The versatility of this space allows for endless possibilities and creative set options for whatever your next project calls for.

If booking during business hours 6am-6pm, staff is in the building working in office space.

Ground floor access and bay doors for easier access and load in.

Audio and video equipment not included but can be added for an additional fee.

A Certification of Insurance form with required insurances will be needed 72 hours in advance and will need to fill out our credit card authorization form 24 hours before rental date.

Additional fees may apply for additional requests and add-ons or any extra time needed.

Overnight storage or early load-in not included, but may be added for an additional fee.
