Amenities include restrooms, a storage room, and on-site parking. For larger events, additional rooms are available, with up to 14,000 sq ft of space accessible within the building. The venue also supports production needs, with rental equipment and lighting available on request.

No Smoking: Purchase an add-on to waive this rule.
No Animals or Pets: Purchase an add-on to waive this rule.
Do Not Move Furniture without permission. Purchase add-on to waive this rule.
Do Not Disturb Neighbors: The booking will be canceled without a refund if you receive a noise complaint or if the neighbors communicate a disturbance to the host.
Guests must clean and reset the space after their booking.
Guests must take all excess trash that does not fit into the trash with them before they leave.
No congregating in the front of the location
Nudity is Not Allowed
No amplified music outside.

Arrive early to give yourself enough time to find parking and navigate to the location. Your booking includes setup and cleanup time and your booking will end right at the time specified on your confirmation email. You can request a 5-minute grace period at the end of your booking if we do not have another booking immediately after yours finishes. You will be charged an overtime fee of 1.5x the hourly booking rate for any time spent at the location after your bo

PLEASE NOTE: The advertised hourly rate is our base rate for simple, low-risk bookings. Your actual rate will depend on your specific booking parameters including the day of booking, the number of guests, the hours booked and any additional factors which may increase risk & liability. We highly recommend messaging us so that we can determine the lowest rate possible based on your specific needs. We would also love to host you for a tour of the property!
This space is event ready! We have experience hosting everything from concerts to brand activations and productions of all sizes. Additional rooms can be made available for cast and crew holding, video village, etc. Event rentals, production equipment & lighting rentals are also available!
