About this space
Unique loft style space for Podcasting, Photo and Video production. Free parking along the street, freight elevator, 2 portable AC. Mix your podcasting with professional and high-quality sound with the addition of photo and video recording content up to live broadcasts and video streaming.
An easy-to-manage podcast recording system allows you to record up to 4 people and be the sound engineer yourself. All you need is to bring a laptop or mini SD card with you and we can help to setup.
You can use the services of our sound assistant additionally
Shooting on cyclowall ONLY in CLEAN BOTTOM SHOES or barefoot (NO STREET DIRTY SHOES). We TRY to provide a clean and white Cyclowall to each client.
You can order an individual painting for $ 50 by your time in add on (optional)
Also we will charge $50 IF you left dirty cyclowall.
If the administrator is not present, before you leaving, please turn off all electronic devices (air conditioners, ventilation, steamer, etc.). We will show you everything.
We have the right to charge you $100 if you not turning off the air conditioners, ventilation or steamer for the full night.
We are glad to each client and we ask to observe cleanliness and order. Be responsible for furniture and equipment.
