Our Garden Loft is situated in the center of Hollywood. It has a huge terrace, an amazing view of the hills, and parking near the building. The Loft features a fully equipped kitchen, AC on each floor, Sonos Sound system, DJ stand, projector, bar table, luxury vintage dinner set, and double-side fridge with icemaker.
Prices
Monday-Friday: Day Slot (Half Day): $700 8am-3pm
Monday-Thursday: Night Slot (Half Day): $1,200 5pm-11pm
Monday-Thursday: Full day: $1,500 8am-11pm
Friday Night Rate: $1,500 5pm-11pm
Friday Full Day Rate: $1,800 8am-11pm
Saturday Rate: Half Day: $1,800 / Full Day: $2,800 5pm-11pm
Sunday Rate: Half Day: $1,500 / Full Day: $2,000 5pm-11pm
Security Deposit: 600$
We charge times 1.5 for extra hours added on the day of the event, please make sure to book enough time for setting up and break down. Overnight rentals fee - we charge $250 for leaving any equipment overnight.
Additional cleaning - We charge a fee of $150 in case any extra cleaning is required
We have full DJ sound system/equipment available for $250 if you would incorporate a DJ.
Ask about our weekday production rate: for under 10 people photoshoots, $70/hr

Our Secret Garden Loft (1600 ft) is a magical oasis in the heart of Hollywood. An art society creative space for all kinds of activities, from a photoshoot to a product launch and to a yoga retreat - Get creative, we got you.
We can accommodate up to 80 people. The Loft has parking on both sides of the building.
