Look no further than Laurel Lagoon. Our spacious tropical backyard boasts a Tiki bar, long sparkly pool, hot tub, grill, and plenty of space for gear, including secure overnight staging areas. Need a stage for dancing or a performance? We've got you covered.
Inside, you'll find a bedroom/office/home gym/flex space and bathroom, all with beautiful hard wood floors.
A bonus guest house/bedroom/office/green room/HMU is available for use, complete with French doors and a monitor for use as video village/DIT. Come see for yourself why this is the perfect space for all your needs! We've hosted everything from feature films of all genres (horror/sci-fi/drama etc) to photoshoots to major artist music videos.
This location is run by filmmakers; we strive to make it the most flexible and accommodating location for all your production needs. Ask about our STUDENT/INDIE discounts and our PRODUCTION PACKAGES.
*Pricing is for up to 16-30 guests for an event. Smaller events and film shoots are lower rates, and larger events are higher, please inquire!*
For Events:
*Excessively loud music/heavy bass is not allowed as this space is located in a residential area.*
*Music is subject to being asked to be lowered by host due city noise regulations.*
*Music is capped at a full volume level that you don't have to yell to talk over.*
*No outdoor events after 9pm.*

- No amplified music (small speakers ok - please discuss first)
- Music is subject to being asked to be lowered by the host due to city noise regulations. Music is capped at a full volume level that you don't have to yell to talk over. No heavy bass
- No smoking in the building
- No illegal drugs

- Two of the bedrooms are not ordinarily included but can be added to the booking
