• The event space is approx. 1,100 sq. ft. with tables and chairs, high & low seating, sofas, chairs, waterfalls, fireplace settings. White board, 75″ TV screen, lots of windows and natural light

Host rules
By booking a space at Sol Hub, you agree to the following:
• Rental Time: Access is limited to the time in your agreement. Include setup and cleanup to avoid extra charges.
• Use of Space: Your booking is a temporary license to use the space during paid hours only.
• Access & Restrictions: Entry is only permitted during your rental. Sol Hub may restrict access outside this period.
• Guest Behavior: You're responsible for the conduct and safety of all attendees.
• Prohibited Activities: No unlawful use or behavior that disrupts operations.
• Damage & Property: No tampering with Sol Hub’s property. You’ll be liable for any damage or loss.
• Cleanliness: Leave the room and common areas clean. $70 cleaning fee applies if food/drinks are served.
• Trash: Trash must be bagged and taken to the bins across the lot.
• Decor: No items may be attached to walls or furnishings. Freestanding signs/displays are allowed with approval.
• Space Limits: Stay within the booked space. Do not use lobby, coworking areas, or private offices.
• Extended Use: Overtime or off-hours use will incur extra fees.
• Payment & Deposits: Full payment is due 21 days prior. Part is a non-refundable deposit. The rest is a refundable security deposit after inspection.
• Indemnity: Renter agrees to hold Sol Hub harmless from any claims or damage during the rental.
• Liability: Renter is liable for all damage, theft, injury, or misuse during the event.
• Loss Disclaimer: Sol Hub is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
• Liability Cap: Sol Hub’s maximum liability is limited to rental fees paid.
Failure to comply may result in extra charges or loss of future booking privileges. Thank you for supporting a clean, respectful, and professional environment.
