This conference room is perfect for small to mid-sized gatherings, offering seating for up to 25 people in a bright, glass-enclosed space filled with natural light. Designed for productivity and comfort, it’s ideal for client meetings, team sessions, or creative brainstorming.
With flexible furniture layouts, a large whiteboard, and a TV screen for presentations, you’ll have everything you need to keep ideas flowing. Members enjoy a discounted rate of $60 per hour, while non-members can book at $120 per hour. A $70 cleaning fee applies if food is brought in.
Your booking also comes with access to high-speed WiFi, air conditioning, and shared amenities, including a modern kitchen with coffee, tea, and filtered water, restrooms, free parking, and a welcoming reception area.

By booking a space at Sol Hub, you agree to the following:
• Rental Time: Access is limited to the time in your agreement. Include setup and cleanup to avoid extra charges.
• Use of Space: Your booking is a temporary license to use the space during paid hours only.
• Access & Restrictions: Entry is only permitted during your rental. Sol Hub may restrict access outside this period.
• Guest Behavior: You're responsible for the conduct and safety of all attendees.
• Prohibited Activities: No unlawful use or behavior that disrupts operations.
• Damage & Property: No tampering with Sol Hub’s property. You’ll be liable for any damage or loss.
• Cleanliness: Leave the room and common areas clean. $70 cleaning fee applies if food/drinks are served.
• Trash: Trash must be bagged and taken to the bins across the lot.
• Decor: No items may be attached to walls or furnishings. Freestanding signs/displays are allowed with approval.
• Space Limits: Stay within the booked space. Do not use lobby, coworking areas, or private offices.
• Extended Use: Overtime or off-hours use will incur extra fees.
• Payment & Deposits: Full payment is due 21 days prior. Part is a non-refundable deposit. The rest is a refundable security deposit after inspection.
• Indemnity: Renter agrees to hold Sol Hub harmless from any claims or damage during the rental.
• Liability: Renter is liable for all damage, theft, injury, or misuse during the event.
• Loss Disclaimer: Sol Hub is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
• Liability Cap: Sol Hub’s maximum liability is limited to rental fees paid.
