• Booking time includes setup and cleanup
• No shoes beyond the studio entrance located on the 1st floor (Exception: Footwear for models or photoshoots)
• No smoking on the premise
• All trash must be disposed of at the end of the session — You may use the designated bins located right outside the studio
Studio Usage
• Outside catering is allowed
• All equipment, props, and amenities must be handled with care and used appropriately
• Any loss or damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or accidents will be your responsibility and may incur repair or replacement charges
• Please ensure the studio is cleared with all equipment and props returned to their original positions within your allocated booking time
• If an extension of time is needed, please check with us beforehand for availability
