We don’t pile on extra fees for after-hours bookings and these rates stay the same no matter how many people join your session. Feel full freedom knowing that when you book, you will get the entire studio equipped with a pantry and private washroom along with all props and equipment at no additional cost.

Weekdays Rates:
Hourly - $40/ hour | 2 hours onwards

We offer 1 hour session at $65 on weekdays - please contact us separately for this option.

Weekends / Public Holidays Rates:
Hourly - $85/ hour | 2 hours onwards

We offer 1 hour session at $110 on weekend/ PH - please contact us separately for this option.

Each booking requires a $150 safety deposit which will be refunded after the safe handover of the studio should there be no damages, or extensive cleanup required at the end of your booking.

Allowed events

Host rules

- No shoes to be worn beyond the area of the studio up the stairs
- No smoking in the premise
- No excessively loud music
- Return equipment and furniture to their original positions before your booking ends
- If an extension of time is needed, please check with us beforehand for availability
- Any unnotified usage of the space after the end booking time will be chargeable at $20 per 15 minutes block, and to be deducted from the safety deposit accordingly

Setting up and cleaning up are included in your booking time, we recommend allowing some extra time to ensure everything goes smoothly!

Lastly, we kindly ask for your help in keeping the space clean and tidy during your visit. It makes a huge difference for the next person and helps everyone have a great experience. Thank you and enjoy the studio!

At KEI Studio, we love welcoming your pets! Feel free to bring along your furry friends to enjoy the space with you! For your furkids’ safety, a safety gate is installed at the top of the stairs to keep them from wandering down unsupervised.
