Our location is truly unique and a spectacular setting with Medway Valley as a backdrop & views down the river to the bridge and Rochester Cathedral & Castle.

Bluebell Hill, the Nth Downs Way & St Andrew's Blue Lake are also visible/accessible from our croquet lawn set on the edge of our working farm & early medieval manor & 20th century Oast Houses.

You can play croquet, badminton, football as well as celebrate under a marquee. Or buy food & drink from our Court Farm Butchery & Country Larder or the famous MOOT beer from their taproom & microbrewery. A local baker bakes daily on site.
