Palmer G10 Lecture Theatre at University of Reading - Venue Reading
About this space
The G10 lecture theatre is the largest theatre on campus and provides an impressive backdrop for a conference. It holds up to 390 people and includes 3 projectors, 1 large central screen or 2 separate screens, that work as a relay screen for presenters a relay screen for presenters, a tech table including mics along with built in speakers and cameras for streaming.
This lecture theatre is only available during the University of Reading vacations (Easter and Summer).
The Palmer building also has a variety of classrooms available in the building for use as break-out rooms ranging in capacities of between 27 and 91 people. We have 5 interconnecting ground floor classrooms which can be adapted to your needs. All classrooms are fully equipped with digital screens and a tech table. There is space for exhibitions and posterboards too.

Our Standard DDR includes:
• Use of Palmer G10 from 8am to 6pm
• Dedicated events team looking after your event on the day
• Lecture Theatre equipped with AV facilities including lapel or hand-held mics and large screen
• On arrival, Fair-Trade tea & coffee with biscuits and whole fruit
• Mid-Morning tea & coffee, cake and whole fruit
• Lunch served in your meeting room with an organiser’s choice between a cold fork lunch or a premium sandwich lunch served with tea/coffee, fruit juices and a light dessert.
• Water available in the room
• Mid-Afternoon tea and coffee, whole fruit and a selection of sweet & savoury jars
• On-site car parking
• Wi-Fi Access throughout the building for each delegate.
