Host rules
Client shall pay a £1000.00 security bond, which will be separate from the
total cost. which will be refunded within two days. We, as a venue, reserve the
right to retain the SECURITY BOND if the client or guests:
Making excessive noise within the premiss and close by residential area.
(Including dhol/revving of vehicles, etc.) Applies more specifically to evening
events from 9 PM onwards.
Fireworks (Strictly Not Allowed)
If you don’t leave the venue as per the agreed contract time
For any extra guests, payment for a full table of 10 people is required at the
time, prior to setting up the table.
No Alcohol is allowed to be consumed within the premises; drunk and
disorderly guests will be removed from the premises.
8.2. The host shall be held responsible for any damages/losses in respect of stage,
centerpieces, vases, furniture, utensils, and equipment’s whether caused wilfully
or by accident/negligence of the guests, and shall be liable to pay for
repair/replacement of the damages, and loss of business.
8.3. Use of nails, staples, tapes, or any other materials that could cause damage to
property is not allowed.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day
