KOL celebrates the finest expressions of British ingredients, championing wild food and seasonality to create dishes that reflect the bright, fresh flavours of Mexican cooking in a Michelin Starred format.
The Chef’s Table is available for groups of up to 20 guests. A private dining room inspired by the grand houses of Oaxaca, overlooking its own kitchen, this space is perfect for celebratory group dining or intimate seasonal events.
In addition to the tasting menu, a whole confit suckling pig and Cornish blue lobster are available, served with fresh tortillas and seasonal salsas.
We offer bespoke drinks pairings to complement your celebration. From champagne and cocktails on arrival to curated wines from our cellar and flights of rare agave spirits, our beverage team is on hand to discuss and create a tailored selection for your event.
