Two resident cats are kept in a separate room — no other pets are allowed
CCTV operates in all common areas (not in bathrooms)
Use of external equipment is not permitted
Rude, aggressive, or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated
We don't work with
Pornographic or sexually explicit content.
Promotion of gambling, betting, or casino platforms
Hate speech or discriminatory content.
Recording content for AI training or synthetic media production.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
