Host rules
Each booking includes a 5-minute setup period. Sessions must end on time and may not run over.
Exceeding the scheduled time will result in additional charges and may cause interruptions to your recording.
Recordings will be available for download for 30 days after the original recording date. After this period, files will no longer be accessible, and NextMedia.London does not retain backups beyond 30 days.
Cancellation Policy
A full refund is available if you cancel within 24 hours of making your booking.
You may reschedule or request account credits anytime up to 72 hours before your scheduled start time.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the session are not eligible for credits or rescheduling.
