- Booking and Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance, with a deposit to secure your reservation.
- Guest Capacity: Please ensure the number of guests matches the reserved capacity for each space to ensure comfort and safety.
- Decorations: You are welcome to bring your own decorations. Please ensure they are set up and removed within the agreed timeframe. No confetti, glitter, or items that may damage the space.
- Sound & Music: You are allowed to bring your own DJ or music setup. Please keep sound levels within reasonable limits to respect other guests and the venue.
- Food & Drink: No outside food or beverages may be brought into the venue, except for special requests or dietary restrictions, which must be pre-approved.
- Smoking & Cigar Lounge: Smoking is only permitted in designated areas, including the cigar lounge.
- Conduct: We expect all guests to behave respectfully. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
- Liability: Lokkum Bar & Grill is not liable for any lost or damaged items during events.
- Time Restrictions: All events must end by the agreed-upon time. Extended hours may incur additional charges.
