Host rules

We respectfully request to make us aware if you are running late. If you would like to cancel, please contact us on events@markettaverns. For private hires if you are to cancel, we require one week’s notice otherwise you will be at risk of losing any deposit unless due to certain circumstances.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS: Please let us know if you or any of your guests have any allergies or special dietary requirements ahead of your booking.

For private hires we do require a pre-order of food one week ahead of your booking date. To pre-order food please complete the pre-order link sent to your email. If we do not receive the pre-order in time, we unfortunately may not be able to accommodate your booking.

If you are to cancel within 48 hours, we may require the pre-ordered food to still be paid for under discretionary of the venue.

Please note that any items purchased must be settled before or on the date of the event, if you would like to settle your bill after the event then this must be agreed with the venue prior.

Thank you to the team at the C&A! They helped set up the room perfectly and were on hand to help with drinks throughout the night and support where needed. The room worked perfectly.

This is one of the best value for money venues I saw on tag venue. The communication was efficient, the room was just as beautiful as in the pictures, and the day ran so smoothly. All our guests were saying how amazing it was! Can’t recommend enough!
