Great venue which allowed flexibility for how we wanted to use the space. Space is much nicer than it looks in photos. Food platters were great for a party of our size - and quality of food was very nice, including plenty of options for vegans. Staff were very polite and helpful, very accomodating. Highly recommend this venue space.

That it was close to public transport and pretty central. Staff were helpful and friendly.
That I couldn't start prepping for my event more than 30 mins before, even though there were no customers downstairs. Photos on this site need to be updated to how the downstairs area currently looks.

Esquires Coffee Balham is a lovely coffee shop in Balham.

Possibility to rent either:
- Downstairs Lounge / Workshop Area (800 sqft) any day 8am-3pm for £50/hour
- Upstairs Shop (1000 sqft) after 3pm any day for £100/hour

Located in a high footfall area, close to the Balham tube and train station.

We can do private and public parties.

Current furniture can be moved around.
