From the minute i entered the building i felt a sense of calm and was politely greeted by the lady on reception. I was made to feel welcome and was given clear directions of where my meeting room was located. Later i met Harlie who introduced herself and she was a pleasure and very professional. The room i could not fault, it was immaculate with spectacular lighting which was appropriate for the nature of the visit. The gated building is secured which gives a good feel of safety and privacy and there is complimentary hot drinks when you enter the cafeteria. All in all was a great second visit as i had previously been before hence why i booked again as i was very impressed and more than satisfied both times
