About this space
Located just a one-minute walk from Hackney Wick Station (Mildmay Line) and close to the major transport hub of Stratford, this versatile studio offers a comfortable and well-equipped space for a wide range of creative and professional uses.
The studio features high ceilings and abundant natural light, creating a bright and spacious environment ideal for creative work. For projects requiring a more controlled atmosphere, blackout blinds and a 12-track LED lighting system allow the space to transform into a more intimate setting.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the studio. Two 32” TVs can be connected to your device for presentations or video playback, and a BenQ projector can be used with one of our Colorama backdrops, available in grey, white, blue and green, for screenings or visual displays. For filming and content production, we also provide a tripod and two softbox lights.
An in-studio kitchenette is also available, equipped with a fridge, microwave, and kettle—perfect for longer sessions or events that run through lunch. Additional features include full-length mirrors and a blackout curtain that can divide the studio into separate areas if needed.
The space also offers an incredible view over the Olympic Park, enhancing the inspiring atmosphere.
For seating and setup flexibility, the studio includes: 4 foldable chairs, 6 small foldable benches, 2 folding tables, one table on lockable wheels and beanbags and blankets for a more relaxed, comfortable setting.
This studio is well-suited for a variety of uses, having previously hosted casting auditions, rehearsals, photoshoots, acting classes, workshops, and content creation.

- No parties or late night events
- Large events require hired security
- Pets are allowed
- Ticketed events are allowed
- No smoking in the building
- Food and drink is permitted in the studio with authorisation from the studio manager
-Any spillages must be cleared by the client and reported to management. The studio must be left clean and tidy ready for the next client. Please dispose of all rubbish in the bins provided. Under no circumstances should liquids be put in the bins. All dishes must be cleaned in the sink area outside the studio door. If additional bin liners are required, please notify the studio manager.
- If your booking involves children, please message us before booking
- One Nest security camera is on the studio wall with a view of the whole space. This is for safety and security reasons
- Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited
- There are no noise restrictions in the studio. Please note that as this rule applies to all studios within the building and our studio isn’t soundproofed, we cannot guarantee clean audio if you are using the space for audio recording.
- This space isn't recommended for yoga or workshops requiring floor heavy movement.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
