The first event manager was very professional.
The food was tasty.
The DJ was good.
Lack or organisation.
We went through 3 different event manager.
They haven’t paid attention to details.
They threw personal belongings out.
Draft beer was off.
Manager in charge has left without letting us know on the day.
I personally wouldn’t suggest Holiday Inn for a wedding, unless you tailor their contract before you sign it.

Organisation and service was great. Team were responsive.
View from the venue over the locks were amazing.
Best sea bass I’ve had in a while.
Catered for various dietary requirements.
Structural columns are not conducive to a good layout. Sight lines are obstructed. Rectangular tables may have helped.

Staff were exceptionally attentive on the day. We had a shaky start to our planning with the changing of wedding coordinators as due to COVID there was a high staff turnover but Zora and Tzouliano really pulled it out of the bag. They were accommodating, in constant communication with us and really helpful. The food was delicious, they readily adapted the menu when we asked for dietary purposes and made sure everything ran smoothly. As a wedding venue - couldn't fault them!

The venue was great light and with plenty of space. The events team were excellent and catered for all our wishes. Nothing was too much trouble and the team on the day were superb. Food was top rate and our guests were well looked after
Although this is not a major issue, No step free access from all the levels for the disabled toilets. Maybe a ramp from the dance floor level to the bar area might help with this?
