About this space
The suites are situated on the lower ground floor of the Montcalm Hotel, just a stone’s throw away from Moorgate and Liverpool Street stations.
The room is the perfect space for gala’s, private dinners, award ceremonies, reception drinks, corporate functions to name a few and is ideal for large dinner events due to its incredibly flexible layout. You are more than welcome to reserve an area within Aviary prior to your meal, perhaps we can arrange a reception drink for you with canapés, depending on availability.
To book this in we do not charge a hire fee, we just work of a minimum spend including all food and drinks, VAT and service charge. The room includes exclusive use, cloakroom service, full staffing, management team to run your event and is available till 12 midnight. Please note any extras such as AV, microphone, flower arrangements, lighting, stage etc are all charged separately.
All minimum spends include the following:
o All food and drinks
o Standing space for up to 300
o Seating for up to 250 guests
o Exclusive use of the space till midnight
o VAT
o Flexible floor set up to suit your needs
o Separate sound and lighting controls
o Full staffing & Management team
o Designated Events team to help Manage your event
The space can be split into 4 rooms in order to seat up 40 guests, 60, 80 guests and another 60 guests - all rooms can be exclusively booked.
