About this space

CANVAS Ballroom is a private hire venue housed on the Fifth Floor of the iconic Harvey Nichols flagship store in Knightsbridge, London. The CANVAS Ballroom is a fully customisable space to suit your event needs and oozes luxury pedigree while maintaining an energetic atmosphere. Canvas standing capacity is 100 but can be booked alongside the adjoining Fifth Floor Bar to accommodate larger events with a capacity of up to 160 guests.

The highly equipped space includes DJ decks, cloakroom, back of house storage, integrated lighting & sound system plus WIFI.

The venue can be adapted to suit any needs, including: Photography studio, Press Days, Private Dining, Supper Clubs, Drinks Receptions, Workshops, Fashion Shows, Wedding Receptions and Conferences. We can house any event so please get in touch with your requirements and our dedicated Events Team will come back to you.

Host rules

The closet tube stop is Knightsbridge station. You have an express lift on Sloane Street which can take you and your guests straight to the venue space. We offer discounts to people hiring for long term and reduced rate for charities. We can also apply for extended licenses past 12am if required.

No smoking inside the building but there is an outdoor terrace guests can use during the event.
