About this space

WEDDING AND PARTY PACKAGES

At the Amadeus you have exclusive use of two halls, a fully fitted kitchen, courtyard and snug. This provides for a seamless event, moving your guests easily from highlight to highlight, such as from your a drinks reception, to dinner, to speeches and cake, to dancing.

The venue is dry hire, but the hire price includes the following:

- The Upper Hall comes decorated with a fairy light canopy, and the columns in both halls are also adorned with fairy lights
- Spotlights in Upper Hall
- Background PA system
- Two microphones for speeches
- Two cloakroom attendants throughout the event
- Discovery call, planning meetings and duty manager on the day - you will need to book your own on the day coordinator if you require one
- No corkage fee

We have a wide range of recommended caterers to suit every budget and style of event. We usually work with the fabulous companies below, but if you're looking for a specific cuisine please let us know and we'd love to recommend someone else!

If you're planning a birthday and looking to save some money, we offer discounted rates for Friday weddings. Our Friday party package is available from 4 pm to midnight and includes a savings of £600.

Our venue can accommodate up to 180 guests for a seated meal or 200 guests for a standing reception. While the space can accommodate a larger number of guests, we find that around 140-150 guests are the ideal number for a seated dinner.

Additionally, we allow clients to use outside caterers for their events, subject to a facility fee. Our venue also has a small outdoor space and we have a minimum of two staff members on duty for every event.

My husband and I had our December wedding at the Amadeus. The venue was perfect for a Christmassy themed Asian-fusion wedding. The lights really helped create the atmosphere that we wanted. In the lead up to the wedding David and Leonie were helpful and the staff on the day were professional.

A lovely, atmospheric venue, which you can make completely your own. It's deceptively big, with the upper and lower hall, and really beautiful when it's all been dressed up. Some of the features, especially the grand organ, really make the venue extra special. The venue staff are very friendly and professional, and go out of their way to help on the day. Very impressive.
