Our creative space with beautiful sky lights provides our photography studio with great natural lighting!
The industrial feel with the white walls and exposed pipes adds character to the space!
We can blackout the skylights if you prefer a blackout studio. Our high spec photography equipment and lighting ensure you get the perfect shot!
We have a range of props available from sofas, wicker baskets, antique typewriter, carpenters table, black wooden chairs, wooden crates, shopping trolly, 1.5m faux plants, Chunky legal books, coast rack, metal caution hazard sign and more.
We welcome creative shoots!

Allowed events
Host rules
- No smoking in the building.
- Your booking starts from the booking time. Do not arrive more than 20 minutes early as you may be left waiting outside.
- Table covers must be bought if you want to bring your own food and drink
- There is an extra fee of £75 if you want to bring your own food and drink into the space
- We only book by the hour, no half hour sessions.
- Security is required for events with more than 50 guests. We provide registered security for your event for an additional fee.
- No drunk or disorderly behaviour.
- No drugs.
- No violence.
- Late Payment Fee - If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, you shall be charged a late payment fee of £20
Overtime
- If your booking over runs by more than 10 minutes you will be charged for an extra hour at the weekend rate.

Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.
Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 1 months from the original date, at no cost.
