The guests loved the food and the drinks, they loved the place and the staff was incredible! The staff has been able to assist us with every single requests. They have been extremely kind, nice and helpful.
nothing! everything’s was perfect
The garden was nice, it is more spacious than inside the restaurant/hotel
- the fact that I had to pay for people who were unable to attend and had given prior notice. To be advised that their contract does not allow them to refund this. Therefore they took the money for free (even though it wouldn’t be a cost to them) - did not respond to emails to be then told I didn’t respond when there is evidence that is not the case. - was held back at the restaurant due to not wanting to pay for an OPTIONAL service charge. Then was advised as we left late they would not be issuing a refund. - I would advise that to save money book at a different location where if people didn’t come you wouldn’t have to pay. - due to my experience I wouldn’t recommend this place for events.
It was a wonderful experience and venue!
The staff was the most helpful and kind staff I’ve ever seen! The event for my daughters baptism was beyond perfect! Every tiny detail was taken cared of! We had a wonderful time! The food was amazing and the staff was always there to make our requests come true. I will recommend edita and Tobias and the Hyde restaurant and Bar to everyone
