Simplify your shoot with our all inclusive photography and film studio featuring a new 4x4.4 metre infinity cove (new photos coming soon). With all continuous and flash lighting equipment included with each hire this studio is perfect for a great range of different productions.

Being 1 minute away from Star Lane DLR station (and a 10 minute walk away from West Ham Station) the studio benefits from excellent transport connections.

The cove in Studio One is painted on Wednesday evening and Saturday evening.

Any marks that require us to repaint after your hire will result in a £75 repaint fee. Shoe covers are provided upon arrival so that marks can be prevented.

As well as our infinity cove, one paper backdrop option comes included with every hire. for additional backdrop choices/changes there’s an additional charge of £10 per new backdrop request.

Backdrops - £10 per meter soiled (only for the section of fresh paper that is stood on).

The studio is available for 2 hours, 4 hours, 6 hours, 8 hours, 10 hours and 12 hours.

* Any set-up & clean-up necessary for your shoot is your responsibility during your time booked. Please arrive & pack up on time to be respectful of others. If there’s an appointment after you, we will let you know. Bookings that leave the space more than 5 minutes after their end-time will be automatically billed a £35 late fee.

Host rules

During the hire period, the client and their servants/agents shall abide by the following rules:

Nothing shall be done or permitted on the premises or adjacent to them which may cause nuisance, damage or disturbance to the owners or occupiers of adjacent premises. This includes knocking on the door of/entering surrounding businesses, creating congestion within the corridors and filming/photographing within any communal space (upstairs or downstairs). All of which, will result in an immediate termination of your hire session with no refunding or rescheduling.

No smoking is allowed on any part of the studio premises.

Noise shall be kept to a reasonable level and the client and their agents and servants shall respond to any request to reduce the noise level if necessary.

The client is responsible for ensuring that the security and firm alarm systems are not tampered with or activated except in instances believed to be a genuine emergency.

Any materials used in connection with sets constructed by the client shall be removed immediately from the studio premises by the end of the hire period.

The client shall be responsible for removing all belongings from the studio premises by the end of the hire period. (Or incur disposal costs)

The client must ensure that all persons under the age of 18 have a parent's or guardian's permission to be at the studio, for the purpose of the photography or filming taking place during the period of the studio hire.

Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
