- Super friendly staff!
- The cloakroom space scored highly with our team; they really appreciated having a dedicated room within our private area, with enough space for both coats and bags.
- All of our requests were carried out exactly as requested (food service timing, drinks on the tab, microphone).
- The quality of the food
- The smoking area
- Food was served on trays, which made distribution uneven: some guests did not receive any food while others had several items.
It was difficult to locate the waiter, and dietary requirements were not clearly indicated.
As a result, the vegan beetroot burgers were mistakenly taken by others who thought they were the beef option, leaving vegan guests without their meal.
- Having all food displayed at the same time on a single table (for example, the table next to the Prosecco one) would have made it much easier for guests to see and access the food.
- Dessert trays were left in a corner of the room, and many guests were unaware that desserts were available.
- Serving the mocktail in a jug would have made it more visible and accessible for guests who did not want to drink alcohol but still wanted a festive option.
- The communication system through Patch is difficult to follow, as messages do not stay within a single thread. Each reply comes as a new email, which makes it hard to keep track of the conversation.
