About this space

A very special, entirely self-contained venue that impresses and delights all who use it, our signature design suite is situated in what was the main Edwardian Council room. This vast space has a triple height ceiling, enormous arched windows containing stained glass panels and plaster statues designed by the artist Henry Poole. With its own kitchen, the De Montfort Suite is often hired for private dinners.

The venue is beautiful if you are looking for a venue with character, the events team, reply quickly, sadly we don't much business in that area, or less we'd book again,

cookies were too small for just one person, stairs for loading bay, only issue was last minute need of space for our items for our event for set up, was able to resolve amicably with the team.
