We work on a minimum spend basis and it is £9.000 for Weekend's booking. This grants you exclusive use of the venue so there is no hire fee as such.
Costs that contribute to your minimum spend are food and drink purchased by both you and your guests, 12.5% service charge and £250 for DJ.

We had an amazing evening with The Sterling! The service was great and the evening ran smoothly. Service at the bar was prompt and the food was served as quickly as possible for the 160+ guests that attended. As the evening progressed the space was cleared to provide a dance floor - our guests really enjoyed this part of the evening. The venue communicated clearly with us both before the event and during to make sure everything ran nicely. This is a great space for corporate events and social gatherings!
