VERSATILE BLANK CANVAS WITH ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY

White acoustic panelling, floor-to-ceiling mirrors, light wooden floors, and extensive natural daylight create a modern, spacious event location for up to 180 guests.

A space designed for performances and performers alike, superb acoustics, the Princess Alexandra Hall is complete with an integrated audio-visual system.

High-definition cameras enable presentations, conferences and concerts to be recorded and filmed directly to a USB, or live streamed to YouTube or Facebook. For classical music recordings the Hall hosts four integrated Rode TF5 microphones for studio quality sound recording.

By night, the space can be transformed using subtle lighting, creating an atmosphere that compliments the magnificent Steinway Model D piano in residence. The private Westminster entrance creates a seamless arrival and departure, ideal for high profile events.

Perfect for hybrid and livestreamed events, concerts, music recitals, conferences, presentations, product launches, art exhibitions, fine dining, award ceremonies, receptions and Christmas parties.

Host rules

CANCELLATION
In the unfortunate circumstances the Event Date is terminated or cancelled, the Client should notify Six Park Place in writing of such cancellation and the following terms will apply:-
• Cancellation up to 90 days prior to the Event Date –
100% refund of the Minimum Catering Spend/Catering Element of the Package Price. Room Hire non-refundable.
• Between 89 days and 60 days prior to Event date –
25% payable by the Client of the Minimum Catering Spend/ Catering Element of the Package Price. Room Hire non-refundable.
• Between 59-30 days prior to Event Date –
50% payable by the client of Minimum Catering Spend/ Catering Element of the Package Price. Room Hire non-refundable.
• Less than 30 days prior to Event Date –
All deposits paid for the Minimum Catering Spend/ Catering Element of the Package Price. Room Hire is retained in full.
In the event that the deposits paid do not cover the Suppliers committed costs then a subsequent invoice will be issued and payable by the Client within 15 days of the invoice date.
The Supplier reserves the right to cancel the event for any reason. In this instance the Supplier will pay a full refund if an alternative date is not available or an alternative venue is not agreeable with the Client.
