The Dining Room is a private dining room in The Walbrook Club that preserves strong period character and formal, traditional décor.
Design: The room features high ceilings, large sash windows, painted panelling, a central chandelier and leather-upholstered chairs set over a patterned carpet, framed artwork and decorative plates around a mantelpiece.
Features: The room includes a PA system and speakers and allows own music or an external DJ. The room has air conditioning and Wi‑Fi. A portable projection screen and a presenter’s table are available and seating can be configured for dining or theatre-style layouts.

Mid-Morning & Mid-Afternoon Meetings:
Mid-morning: 9 am to 11.30 am / Mid-afternoon: 3 pm to 5.30 pm
Minimum Spend:
• Minimum spend includes Room Hire, Food and Beverages.
• Minimum spend is the minimum amount of money contracted to be spent over the given event on the premises during the time of the event. In cases where minimum amount is not reached, the difference will be charged as a room hire.
• Minimum spend is inclusive of VAT and exclusive of 15 % service charge.
Final Numbers
Final numbers must be received no later than 72 hours in advance of your function (in working days). In the event that numbers are less than originally stated the last confirmed numbers will be charged the price of the chosen menu.
Payment
Accounts must be settled in full at the end of the event less the confirmation deposit.
15 % service charge will be added to the total final bill.
Dress Code
• Jacket, collared shirt and tailored trousers or smart chinos for Men, and smart business attire for Women, are required.
• Fridays are more relaxed. (Strictly prohibited at all times: sportswear such as trainers, denim, leatherwear, collarless shirts or very casual attire of any description).
• Members are required to make sure that all guests comply with the dress code. For any questions please call the Club Office.
