About this space
The Putney & Westminster suite is a versatile meeting room located on the First Floor. With natural daylight and a capacity of up to 70 people, it is perfectly suited to hold mid- to large conferences or receptions. It can be used as a single space, or split into sections for smaller events and break out rooms.
The Suite is fully air-conditioned, with built-in plasma screens and WIFI. A portable stage and lectern are additionally available for presentations. For dinner dances, a band and DJ can be provided on request.
Disabled access to the is offered via spacious lifts on the Ground Floor.

Cancellation fee payable to the venue depending on the notice period:
- 60+ days prior to the event No fee, guest receives full refund
- 30 - 59 days prior to the event Fee payable is 50% of total hire cost
- Less than 30 days prior to the event Fee payable is 100% of total hire cost
