- Lovely friendly staff who were willing to help out - Beautiful function room that was an ideal size for the occasion with lovely decor - Use of storage area which we could use to tuck away items - We were allowed to play our own music from own device so it felt more personal -Flexible hours which meant we could come in a bit earlier to set up which was a great help, and time to pack down (we didn't feel like we were rushed to leave which was nice) - We were allowed to move furniture where we wanted
- Used plates and glasses weren't cleared away until after the event, so the guests tables were very cluttered and not clean. - Although the food was delicious, there weren't any labels to indicate what the food was, and the burger buns were very hard so a lot of it was wasted as people didn't want them - The ceiling was leaking during our set up but luckily it wasn't really an issue once the event started
The staff were friendly and helped me rearrange the space. The food was great.
Last minute problems moved our hire area on the day to somewhere smaller. Cash only bar. Lack of staff hindered service quality. Toilets were unhygienic.
Fantastic value for money. Great, private room and the staff were incredibly helpful! Would definitely recommend to others and use again for future events.

Just a stone's throw away from Waterloo station and the London Eye. Having been lavishly decorated, the interior is stylish and ultra modern split into two floors. All adorned in contemporary tones and plush floral textures.Serving hearty traditional British pub cuisine with a variety of cocktails, beer, wines and spirits to choose from, there's also a number of generous food and drink deals on all week.
