The Upstairs Gallery is a 300 sq ft creative space in Fulham, suitable for exhibitions, pop-ups, showrooms, product launches, photoshoots, filming, workshops, and private events.
The gallery features white walls, two floor-to-ceiling street-facing windows, and a bespoke copper-pipe lighting structure. Four white plinths are included, with additional furniture and display equipment available. Facilities include fibre broadband, a kitchenette, toilet, and cleaning equipment.
The space can be hired independently or alongside the Downstairs Creative Studio and Recording Studio for additional production, storage, backstage, or technical space.

Host rules
• No smoking or vaping inside the building.
• Music and amplified sound are welcome but must be kept at a reasonable level and must not be excessively loud.
• All music must be switched off and guests must begin leaving by 9:30pm. All guests must have left the premises and surrounding pavement by 10pm.
• Maximum capacity is 70 standing or 45 seated.
• For events of more than 30 guests where alcohol is served, we recommend using one of our trusted security guards.
• Complimentary alcohol may be served. If alcohol is being sold, the hirer must obtain a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) from Hammersmith & Fulham Council, applied for at least two weeks before the event.
• Painting, fixing to walls or making alterations to the space must be agreed with us in advance.
• Please treat the walls, floors, furniture and equipment with care. Any damage caused during the booking may result in additional charges.
• The space and any furniture or equipment used must be returned to its original condition and position at the end of the booking.
• A maximum of one standard bin bag may be left on site. All additional rubbish, packaging, installation materials or other waste must be removed by the hirer.
• Please ensure the space is secured and the keys are returned as instructed at the end of your booking.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
