About this space
From private receptions to corporate networking drinks, our venue provides a stunning and unique setting, with beautifully curated art exhibitions as the backdrop for your event. Surrounded by works from some of the UK’s leading artists, your guests are sure to enjoy a memorable experience.
Evening reception hire grants you exclusive use of the West, East & North Galleries, from 5pm to 11pm (times adjustable).
The cost to hire all galleries for an evening is £7,000+VAT. The hire fee includes the following:
Venue Supervisor and gallery staff
x1 Security guard for the duration of the event
x2 Parking spaces outside 17 Carlton House Terrace (our office entrance)
Parking permits for deliveries along the Mall
Use of a fully equipped kitchen
Access to our in-house inventory
Expert support from our Venue Hire team throughout the planning process and hire period

We have up to two parking spaces available for event organisers.
Amplified music and live music is permitted. Dancing is not permitted.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
