A refundable security deposit applies to all bookings to cover potential damage, additional cleaning, and overtime usage. This ensures responsible use of facilities and protects venue assets.
No smoking in the building
No in-house catering is available - external catering is permitted.
Kitchen facilities (Urn, fridge, microwave and kettle only) available for guest use (other appliances are restricted).
Provision of refreshments: tea, coffee and biscuits can be provided at additional cost.

Our storage cupboards and their contents e.g. arts & crafts equipment are not for use by hirers.
