Hi, I gave Millicent dietary requirements for 3 people ONLY, nothing complex just GF & LF and then 2 vegans. The day of the event, all 3 plates were GF bread, I'm guessing because staff are Lazy and thought the breads out, lets make them all with this! I had to waste time covering this mistake which I really could've done without. Also Millicent specifically said you could do vegan 'plates'. To myself, and obviously the way she chose to phrase it, it was implied 'plates' have options! £40 per head and you could only do 1 vegan choice? Very misleading and designed that way, not happy at all. Dessert - 30 of our staff did not get any as there wasn't enough, I even asked Graciella straight away when i saw the plates and said 'it that all of it?!' Almost all of our team went for 2nd's and couldn't because the tiny sandwiches had run out with no standby supplies. Both salads ran out after less than half of people being served. 6k on food and you couldn't even feed us properly and we still left hungry. There seems to be a theme here. You put out 60 cans of soft drink only - there was 120 of us! And they were purposely placed behind a wall so firstly, nobody could see them, and also to hide them from people noticing how many had been put out, to the point where staff felt bad there was so little that no-one touched the last 10-20! Nobody topped up the biscuits for the additional 2 coffee/tea breaks. Also Millicent called me the first time i requested with 2.5 weeks remaining till the event. I asked on at least 5 occasions if she could have a call with me to save me many emails and to discuss in more details and some general questions. Only the first time I called and she didn't answer she said she was sorry she missed the call, all 4 other occasions she didn't even acknowledge my request let alone calling me, just ignored that instead, so do yourselves a favour and plan your event with someone actually pleasant, helpful and thorough & accurate.

Amazing staff, gorgeous venue, all perfectly timed with what was requested. Could not fault them. Will definitely look to use again for future events.
